Throwing away what I love.
You know, I’ve learnt a lot over the past few years by running businesses and creating websites. I’ve met loads of people, really cool people. I’ve developed some well known websites and have been in the news a fair bit.
The time has come to give up what I love. Creating & developing websites.
Why? It’s simple. I want to develop my career, learn the ways of the internet infrastructure. I want to develop my knowledge of networking. I want to develop change.
I’m going to develop my personal site (nick-coates.co.uk) using APIs from Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook to create a personal site that I don’t need to update but only obtaining updates from social networking.
Don’t worry - I will be constantly on Twitter, Tumblr and Facebook, where I’ll update my findings.
